Stylized tablets of the law adorn a sculptural fence, at the entrance to the Hagra Synagogue and Yeshiva in the Sha’arei Hessed Neighborhood. The Ten Commandments, which according to Jewish tradition were written in fire on tablets of stone, set out the moral and religious code of conduct for the Jewish people.
