The plaques, in German and Arabic, are in memory of the donor’s mother, a German noblewoman. They were placed on the façade of “Blindenheim” – The Home for the Blind, at the Schneller Orphanage, 1903. Malkhei Yisrael Street, Geula Neighborhood.
